This Mac & Cheese Recipe is Topped with 2 Wheels of Brie— Not Kidding
Everyone from 5-year-old children to the most sophisticated adults salivate at the thought of this legendary dish: Mac & Cheese. No matter if it’s out of a blue box or grandma’s original recipe, there is something about Mac & Cheese that lends itself to making this all-time favorite comfort dish one that we all know and love. And the calories? Who’s counting when it comes to anything smothered in cheese? Not me! Throughout the years I’ve experimented with my recipe by trying out smoked Gouda, mozzarella, feta, Swiss cheese, etc. But after many batches of this cheese-lovers pasta dish I’ve concocted what I believe is just the right balance of savory goodness. With the holidays right around the corner, it’s the perfect opportunity for me to share my Baked Brie Mac & Cheese recipe with you.
